Refund policy

If you feel that you must return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt for return instructions. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund or credit for your item if it is returned in the same condition as it was when originally sent to you, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. Additionally, there are no refunds on CGC or third-party graded items, group lots, original art, toys, or video games, only store credit, unless approved by us.

Please also note that there are no returns on orders with payment terms for any reason.
