Betty calls Veronica to tell her about a handsome new brush salesman making the rounds. Unfortunately for Veronica, by the time she gets the news he has already visited—and she has apparently bought nearly every brush he was carrying!

The artwork presents very well with expected age and production-related wear. The original title stat/paste-up in the first panel is missing, leaving visible adhesive/discoloration in the area above the hand-lettered “Brush Crush” title.

About Dan DeCarlo
Dan DeCarlo is one of the most important artists in Archie Comics history. His clean linework, expressive characters and distinctive approach to drawing Betty and Veronica helped establish the recognizable Archie house style that influenced the publisher's comics for decades.
